SYNOPSIS

Released from Parkhurst Prison, Isle of Wight, after 5 years, Nick’s father plans to leave his past behind and start a new life in Australia. Aided by his estranged wife arrangements are made for his immediate departure. – the secret kept from Nick. But after overhearing their telephone conversation, Nick confronts his mother. He then leaves, taking her car and heading for the East Cowes ferry. The film,  a short road movie in a Morris 1000 Traveller, takes us through their uncertain journey from Cowes to Heathow Airport.
